Joke

I have this REALLY funny joke that I would like to share with you. It makes me want to laugh and laugh and cry and gasp! I tell it slowly because it's so simple and doesn't take long. The best way I know to say it is this:
That what I am looking at and talking about here has absolutely NOTHING to do with what has happened, or with what you will do, what you will become, what important decision you will make, what path you will take, or what falls out because of it. It doesn't have even the slightest little bit to do with improving your life in any way (spiritual or otherwise). What is being pointed to is simply ONLY exactly THIS
The stunning intimacy of it makes me positively want to weep with gratitude except that it's so damn funny! Like a whole (apparent) life is a build up to just this most perfect punch line!

Help

I actually get the joke! …But then I continue to be absorbed in thoughts - which is actually kind of funny too.
Yes I agree, and it's funny how often that can start up with the word “but” :)
I “understand” the joke.
I re-read it often.
BUT, when I REALLY get it the uncontrollable laughter will show up.
The ground swell of laughter seems close, dancing in the shadows and then slipping away.
Sometimes, a giggle errupts.
*SGE! Bubbling up from the depths, I love it :)
*(spontaneous giggle eruption)
